The 3rd multiplier event, organized by the University of Ruse "Angel Kanchev", Ruse-Bulgaria targets to fertilize the
Bulgarian business, education, labour market and society sectors with cross-disciplinary views on the strategic role of
universities for value creation to today’s society challenges. Aims to pave the way for stepping change in teaching
and learning practices through digital personalized education experiences for students, across different disciplines of
BEE areas. It targets to disseminate the innovative SCL practices gained during testing and adjusting phase of the
project (O3- Innovative digital platform for Intercultural Student - Centered Learning) in the intercultural university business
cooperation
